Mission + Goals

Divergent Faith Ministries is an organization created to inspire those called into the nursing profession. DFM believes in utilizing agency, autonomy, and advocacy to provide equitable opportunities for all. Our goals center on being the catalyst for change using four themes aimed at:

1.) Spreading the news of Jesus Christ;

2.) Academic guidance and mentoring programs;

3.) Providing service learning opportunities;

4.) Investing in our future generations.

Faith Hines, BSN, RN, CMSRN founded Divergent Faith Ministries back in 2020 during nursing school. Isolation and social distancing exacerbated by a global pandemic left many of us vulnerable to disease and death. Faith designed DFM to mitigate the increasing culture of individualism by collaborating with surrounding organizations.
